Colonial City Tour and Jewish Sites Tour

You will be taken by your driver and English speaking tour guide to Casco Viejo, the Colonial section of Panama, built in the late 1600’s.
After your morning Colonial tour, you will have lunch at Lula Restaurant, a lovely Israeli-fusion kosher meat restaurant inside Casco Viejo. After lunch you visit the synagogues and other Jewish attractions in Panama City in the afternoon.
Learn how Jewish community life was established and developed in Panama. Our hallmark is that all our guides are active members of the local Jewish community. Our tours are organized and conducted hand-in-hand with local institutions.
The intention of this tour is to visit, inside and out, Jewish institutions and places, describing Jewish Panama’s rich history and current vibrant Jewish community life.
Due to security measures, all travelers must complete at least one week before the reserved date an online form with full details of travelers. Admission to institutions are subject to the approval of community security staff after a short interview in person that must be scheduled in advance.
